Family Day Open House
Monday, February 19, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
During our Family Day Open house, enjoy an opportunity for elder family members (parents or grandparents) to share their ancestry with upcoming generations. Our library will be open for free research, as well as some children's activities. We will also be hosting a special guest – award-winning author Zig Misiak – to discuss his books, which are largely Indigenous-based, and telling us stories. Ancestral history certainly helps us all understand where we come from, and sharing it with others helps us move forward.
