In celebration of Heritage Week 2016 (February 15 to 21), visit Fulford Place to discover Ontario’s heritage through a series of free talks and a youth program.

Designed for participants aged 8 to 11, this interactive 2.5-hour session offers an engaging introduction to 19th-century medicine. Youth will learn about different understandings of the causes of illness, from the four humours to germ theory, common treatments, medical instruments, herbal remedies and patent medicines.
