2026 Tours of the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres

About the show

Guided tours of this National Historic Site — the last operating stacked theatre in the world — are 90 minutes long and recount the history and restoration of the complex. Visit the original and new lobbies, the elegant Elgin Theatre and the unique and whimsical Winter Garden Theatre, and view samples from the world’s largest collection of vaudeville scenery.

August:

Cost: $20 per person

Note: FREE admission for theatre tours for Canadian Armed Forces veterans. Email us to secure your spot. Present your service card to gain entry (applies to regular adult admissions).

This is a guided walking tour, not a photography or content creation tour. Photos are permitted at the discretion of the tour guide (no tripods allowed). Visitors must also stay with the group. All visitors — including children and infants — require a ticket, which must be reserved in advance. No walk-ups or in-person purchasing allowed.
