Engagement and wedding photoshoots

The Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres are available for engagement and wedding photoshoots when the theatres are not otherwise booked for shows and events.

When available, photoshoots may be booked Tuesday to Friday during business hours.

The fee is $1,000 + HST. This gives you access to either the Elgin or Winter Garden Theatre auditorium (depending on availability), the grand staircase and the main lobby for up to three hours.

Please note that photoshoot bookings may not be confirmed more than one month in advance.

If you are interested in booking a photoshoot, email Samantha Serles with the following information:

• your full name, address and phone number (required for the contract)
• the date you are requesting to book
• the theatre you would like to shoot in (Elgin or Winter Garden)
• the number of people who will be a part of your shoot, including all photographers and videographers

If your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a contract to sign. Payment by credit card or e-transfer is required in advance.
