Updated district plan – Amended 2005 Ontario Heritage Act (Collingwood Downtown Heritage Conservation District Plan)

The Collingwood Downtown HCD Plan was updated in 2008 and provides a thorough plan for a downtown core and waterfront that was once an industrial centre and now has housing and natural elements. The plan is a study on changes within an HCD since its founding in 2002 and a reaction to the amendment of the Ontario Heritage Act in 2005.
