Two Centuries of King Street East

Sunday, May 7, 2023, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

Two Centuries of King Street is the story of one of Canada's most important streets. The streetscape of King Street East mirrors Toronto's rise from 19th-century colonial capital to 20th-century national financial centre. Discover the fabric of public, business and social life on the city's premier thoroughfare. This history walk is presented by the Enoch Turner Schoolhouse Foundation as part of the 175th schoolhouse’s anniversary celebration and in memory of Enoch Turner's generous contribution of a free school to the City of Toronto.

While this Jane’s Walk tour is FREE, you must still register.
