Canada Day at the Josiah Henson Museum of African-Canadian History

Visit the Josiah Henson Museum of African-Canadian History on July 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a fun-filled Canada Day celebration. Visitors can enjoy free pancakes and ice cream sundaes, along with outdoor games and guided tours at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., Noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. There will also be a special presentation, “Dresden’s Black Veterans,” at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
